Story Telling Unit: Soft Trailer

For this lesson we were then asked to produce a trailer for the short film 'Soft'. This was a relatively open task as we could chose to edit it in any way we wanted. Editing can completely change a story. I round this edit to be relatively smooth, especially in the way I organised my files and timeline after learning from Fergus' lesson. If I was able to do this task again I would consider lowering the volume of the piano music and making it louder at some points as emphasis. After showing the video to some of my peers for feedback, they suggested I make the title at the end a lot more clear because had thy not known the name of the film they still wouldn't know by the end.
I found editing this most interesting and gave me some practice for when it comes to editing my own film trailer. I  feel I successfully told the story of 'soft' in the trailer, and still kept it intriguing.
