As Live Production: Job Interviews

Unfortunately our idea didn't get chosen which was a great disappointment as we had to scarp all the hard work we had previously put in. However, the idea that did get chosen sounds brilliant and so I am still looking forward to it nevertheless.

Now mine and Jacks idea hadn't been chosen I needed to apply for a job in the production that did get chosen. So I signed up for my first choice as 'director of VT's and studio camera'. It was instantly time to prepare for my interview. "By preparing, you will feel much more in control. You’ll have anticipated what will get asked in the interview."(Shaw, 2016)

So in preparation I took it on myself to research into the VTs used in the studio productions of previous year groups such as 'What You Sayin' and 'The Big Movie Quiz'. I wanted to do this not only to get inspiration but to see the sort of thing I would be dealing with and how far it is for the VTs to go.
