Its about making sure it has the right spacing, font etc. Presentation is as important as the actual content.
From a content point of view you

Use their idea to apply to perhaps a different film or genre.
Having all the sources develops argument points along.
You can describe someones idea and whats going on in a clip. How does it apply to cultural identity. With independent critical thinking and thinking outside the box you can see the game you can play.
Avoid referring to yourself too much. Language other theorists have used and their terminology.
Bring it back to the theoretical ideas.
