Pre-Production: Questions for Liam

Questions for Liam

  • Was your phone taken off you? If so how long were your electronics devices taken from you for? 1 year and 3 months no phone - no one tells you you don't have to take phonehad complainants phone - 9 days before he was arrested
  • Were you confident the police would see you innocence (how confident were you in the justice system - confident at start, now no confidence. No transparency with country and public
  • Would you be comfortable in speaking to someone who has falsely accused of other crimes (I.e. Fraud)
  • Are you happy for us to film and  Innovation of Justice conference?
  • Anyone you know who can speak to us or handled your case from the police? No police will want an interview
  • Did you tell the police where to look for your proof of innocence?
The direction we want to take with this project is basically why the police seem to be missing out on crucial evidence, especially electronic evidence like the use of text/ emails. You are our lead as we believe your story is a key case to this imvestigatiin and your story will resonate with a lot of viewers. You're really level headed and I think it's something you are also interested in finding out and that will be our goal for the end of this journey.

Liam told us that there is a survey about sexual harassment/ rape in England Wales etc. However, the statistic doesn't include cases like Liams where the flash accuser is not prosecuted.
